We just had Sunday Supper. It was great. A piece of tilapia and a stuffed portabella mushroom cap. Back in college my friends would call me the kitchen Macgyver. At the risk of dating myself I was and still am very proud to have the moniker. But something has changed. I can afford better ingredients.
Instead of trying to fed us with a pack of ramen noodles, a bag of mini-carrots and a can of tuna, I can go out and get whatever I want. But I must admit. I do love to skip the recipes and clean out that bottom drawer in the fridge instead. Old habits die hard I guess.
